How do I pay for services?

All payments are due at the time of service by either cash, check, money order, or debit card (unless prior arrangements have been made). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, and Paypal. Gift cards are also available.

Is My Personal Information Secure?

Yes. Customer confidentiality is the most important consideration at Right Choice Cleaning Company. Any customer information that is transmitted from a personal computer to our company website is encrypted and goes through an authentication process Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All of our employees sign confidentiality agreements in which they assent to keep private all of the information about people who use our services. We do not share any of your information with any other company offering products or services. You even have the option of determining how much personal information (i.e. telephone number, email, address and/or full name) you would like to disclose when contacting us about quotes, referrals, or customer feedback.

How many people are sent to my home or office?

With a first time cleaning, there will always be a two-man team sent out. However, if you are a reoccurring customer, and only have a small job for us to complete, we are able to send out one service team member.

What if I accidentally lock the cleaning crew out of my home/office on my scheduled cleaning day?

If you accidentally lock out the cleaning team, on your scheduled day of cleaning, a $20 lock out fee will be added to your overall bill. Please be familiar with these terms. We want to help you to avoid incurring these additional fees.

Do you have a rescheduling fee?

No, we do not have a rescheduling fee. All we ask is that you give us a 24-48 hour advanced notice.

What should I do about my security/alarm system on house cleaning day?

If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give our team members access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients create a guest/temporary code for Right Choice Cleaning teams.

What should I do with my pets during a home cleaning?

Please advise us on the day you schedule your appointment whether or not you have pets. Also, please provide us any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though, not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our cleaning teams can clean your home better and more efficiently.

Do you clean after office hours?

We pride ourselves on our flexibility. We are able to clean your home/office at your convenience. We will work around the clock to better assist your needs.

What exactly are customized cleaning checklists?

Right Choice Cleaning Company offers a customized cleaning checklist to all of our customers. Our General and Advanced cleaning checklists offer a number of services, however, if there is a service you need that we have not mentioned, we will be able to accommodate that extra service.

Will I be protected if anything gets damaged?

Yes. Our Employees bring all of our liability and insurance paperwork with them on every visit to your home or business.

Do I need to be home on my scheduled service day?

This is completely up to you. Many people, however, like having their home serviced while they are at work or away for awhile. We can be given a key and/or alarm code in order to get in.

What if I need to make a change to my service day?

Not a problem. We ask only that you kindly give us a 48-hr. notice via email (contact@rightccc.com) or  phone at (520) 477-8788. You may reschedule your service for another day.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Though there is no contract, we do offer contracted services. There is no agreement that is signed in order to do business.We are committed to quality work, and excellent customer service.

Who provides the equipment and supplies?

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a product that you prefer us to use, just notify us and leave it on the kitchen counter the day of service.

How do we know we can trust your company?

All our employees go though a rigorous series of background checks. Right Choice Cleaning Company was built on the premises of integrity, honesty, hard work/dedication, and customer service. Those are the characteristics we look for in all of our employees.

May I tip the cleaning team for a job well done?

Yes, but tips are certainly not required. However, you are welcome to do so, and your generosity is very much appreciated by all our staff.
